Cascabel

Please note: As part of our coronavirus mitigation efforts, fall 2020 dining will be focused on take-out meals provided by the Pavilion Dining Center. Pavilion dining stations will be limited in number. Yablokoff Wallace Dining Center, Lantern Cafe and the Summits Marketplace will be closed at least through the Fall 2020 semester. Food trucks will not be on campus at this time.

With authentic Mexican food, Cascabel offers a variety of meat choices, as well as vegan and vegetarian protein options. Choose from tacos, burritos, nachos and more. Cascabel also always offers a variety of delcious toppings and salsas to add. Weekly specials ensure plenty of diversity in Cascabel's tasty menu.
