Dining Options for Campus Tour Groups

Welcome to UC Merced Dining! Enjoy a meal with your group at one of our all-you-care-to-eat, self-service dining centers.

Group meal price: $10 per person, plus tax

The Pavilion

Our recommended dining location for campus tour groups. The Pavilion is a peanut-free facility and offers allergen labels to help guests make informed choices.

Yablokoff-Wallace Dining Center (YWDC)

An alternative if its hours better fit your group’s schedule. Allergen labels are available at this location as well.

Group Invoices

An invoice is required for check payments and recommended for group card payments, especially when documentation is needed for reimbursement.

How to Request a Group Invoice

  1. Visit UC Merced CaterTrax.
  2. Create an account or sign in.
  3. Select Campus Tours and follow the prompts to enter your group’s meal details.

Already have an invoice? No additional invoice request is needed.

Payment Options

Payments must be made using one of these options:

  • By card: Pay online through our storefront site. Website link coming soon.
  • By check: Submit payment at the cashier window in the Administration Building.

Payment is no longer accepted at either dining center. Please plan your group’s payment accordingly.

Additional Dining Options

Campus food trucks offer another meal option. Check the schedule to see which vendors will be available during your visit.
